ABOUT THE AUTHOR
For as long as Owen Conlon can remember, he’s been fascinated by World War II. He’s read most of the history books about the conflict and many of the novels too. Owen has been a journalist for over twenty years and an author for half that time. He is currently deputy group news editor at the The Star and Irish Mirror newspapers in Dublin, Ireland.
Along with the three novels of the Ako Wolff series, he is also the co-author of two books on true crime, The Cartel and The Hitmen and has featured in the BBC documentary series Kinahan: The True Story of Ireland's Mafia and the Amazon Prime documentary The Celtic Cartel.
He speaks Spanish, Portuguese and some mediocre French and lives in Dublin with his partner and their friendly but flatulent dog.
